纳米技术高效开发致密油藏的应用和展望

随着常规油气资源不断勘探开发以及大规模开采利用,全球油气资源勘探开发的重点方向逐渐向非常规油气资源转变.针对致密油藏储层物性差、孔喉尺寸小、无自然产能和采收率低等特点,纳米材料以其纳米尺寸、低界面张力、良好楔形渗透作用广泛用于致密油藏高效开发,纳米增渗驱油技术逐渐发展为致密油藏高效采油的关键技术.分析认为,推行致密油藏增渗增能、洗油驱油一体化技术,利用纳米增渗驱油技术协同大型水力压裂储层改造,提高压裂规模和造缝的密度和长度,从而实现致密油藏有效增能增注,改善渗吸驱油距离和洗油效果.因此,高效缝网改造与渗吸洗油提高采收率(EOR)一体化技术将是提高致密油藏开采效果及开发综合效益的新途径.
Application and prospect of nanotechnology for efficient development of tight reservoirs
With the continuous exploration and large-scale development of conventional oil and gas resources,unconventional oil and gas resources such as tight oil and gas have become a hot spot in the exploration and development of global oil and gas resources.In view of the characteristics of poor physical properties,such as small pore throat size,no natural capacity and low oil recovery of tight reservoirs,nano-materials with nano-size,low interfacial tension and good wedge-shaped permeability,have been widely used for efficient development of tight reservoirs.Nano-permeation displacement technology was gradually developed as a key technology to achieve high-efficient development of tight reservoirs.It can be considered that the integrated technology of permeability and energy enhancement,oil washing and oil flooding is promoted in tight reservoirs.The use of nano-permeation displacement technology in cooperation with large-scale hydraulic fracturing can increase fracturing scale and fracture density and length.At the same time,it realized the effective energy and injection increase of tight reservoirs,improving the distance of permeation distance and the oil washing effect.Therefore,the integrated technology of high-efficiency seam network modification and permeation to enhance oil recovery will be a new way to improve the recovery efficiency and comprehensive benefits of tight reservoirs development.
