Study on HZSM-5 catalyst modified by hydrothermal treatment for hydroaromatization
At a hydrothermal treatment temperature of 480℃,the HZSM-5 catalyst was subjected to different durations of hydrothermal treatment. These catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption methods,Py-IR and TPD.The hydrothermal treatment improved the pore structure of the HT/HZSM-5 catalyst, resulting in the formation of a multi-level pore structure and altered the acidity of the catalyst.HT/HZSM-5 in hydroaromatization were investigated with n-heptane as probe reactant. The results showed that the conversion rate of n-heptane decreased with the prolongation of the catalyst's hydrothermal treatment time. When the hydrothermal treatment time was 4 hours, and the total aromatics content,BTX content, and selectivity in the reaction products reached their maximum values.
