固体酸树脂反应精馏耦合制备马来酸二乙酯

在DA330固体树脂酸的催化下,使用顺酐和无水乙醇为原料,采用反应精馏耦合工艺合成马来酸二乙酯,研究了影响反应的因素、工艺参数和催化剂的稳定性.研究表明,在乙醇:顺酐物质的量比为8∶1、反应温度为100C、质量空速0.8~1h-1的条件,顺酐转化率大于99.5%,催化剂可长时间稳定使用,满足工业化的需求.
Preparation of diethyl maleate by reaction distillation coupled with solid acid resin
Diethyl maleate was synthesized using maleic anhydride and anhydrous ethanol under the catalysis of DA330 solid resinous acid.The reaction factors,process parameters and the stability of catalyst were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of ethanol and maleic anhydride molar ratio was 8∶1,reaction temperature was 100℃,space velocity of raw materials was 0.8~1h-1,the maleic anhydride conversion was greater than 99.5%,and the catalyst could be used stably for a long time to meet the needs of industrialization.
