摘要

由于原料氢带液严重,造成变压吸附(PSA)装置吸附塔对氢气提纯能力下降.通过在PSA装置前增加1台先进设备,合理利用气体脱液聚结器,实现PSA装置长周期运行,提高产品氢气的质量.

Abstract

Due to the severity of the raw material hydrogen belt liquid,the hydrogen purification capacity of the adsorption tower of the pressure change adsorption(PSA)device decreased.By adding one advanced equipment in front of the PSA device,the gas deer was rationally utilized,the long cycle operation of the PSA device was realized and the quality of product hydrogen was improved.
