摘要
目的：介绍太冲、风府穴治疗帕金森病的基础研究，从理论依据的角度探索提高临床针刺治疗帕金森病的疗效和保证选穴的高效性。方法：通过分析近年来对太冲、风府穴治疗帕金森病基础研究的文献，归纳从神经生理学、免疫学、分子生物学等角度对太冲、风府穴治疗帕金森病深入研究的相关成果。结果：基础研究的结论佐证了太冲、风府穴治疗帕金森病具有科学性和有效性。结论：多种作用机制都证明太冲、风府穴对帕金森病有效，从循证医学和基础研究的角度为将来临床更好的运用和推广太冲、风府穴治疗帕金森病提供科学的证据和理论依据。
Abstract
Objective:To introduce the basic research of taichong、fengfu acupoint in the treatment of Parkinsonˊs and to explore the effect of improving clinical acupuncture treatment of Parkinsonˊs disease and ensure the efficiency of acupoint selection from a theoretical point of view.Methods:Through the analysis of recent literature on the basis of research on Parkinsonˊs disease treatment by taichong, fengfu acupoint, the related research achievements of taichong, fengfu acupoint therapy for Parkinsonˊs disease is generalized from neurophysi-ology ,immunology molecular ,biology and so on.Results:Basic research results corroborates Taichong, Fengfu acupoint therapy for Parkinsonˊs disease is effective and scientific.Conclusion:A variety of mechanisms have proved Taichong, Fengfu acupoint is effective for PD, it provides evidence and scientific theoretical basis from evidence-based medicine and basic research angle for the future use of clinical better and promote the Taichong, Fengfu acupointtherapy for Parkinsonˊs disease .
