Jieyu Hehuan decoction is derived from the Yichun shengyi written by FEI Boxiong of the Qing Dynasty.It was originally established to those who"failed to fulfill their desires,Qi accumulation to fire,leading to depression,upset and irritable".LIU Yingfeng deeply understood its meaning and identified it as the main prescription of"blood deficiency in heart and liver,Qi accumulation to fire,disturbing the mind and soul",so as to guide the flexible diagnosis and treatment of a variety of difficult neurological disorders,with remarkable curative effect.Therefore,based on what I learned and some cases,Itry to briefly introduce my tutor's ideas and experience in the application of Jieyu Hehuan decoction,so as to share ideas with other TCM scholars.
