摘要
黄春华于多年的临床实践中,认识到前庭性偏头痛多由脾阳受损、痰饮停于中焦所致,故当以健脾利水、温阳化饮为基本治则.总结黄春华治疗前庭性偏头痛的经验.并附验案 1 则以飨同道.
Abstract
In his many years of clinical practice,HUANG Chunhua has realized that vestibular migraine is mostly caused by damage to the spleen yang,with Tanyin stagnating in the zhongjiao.Therefore,the basic treatment should be to invigorating spleen for diuresis and warming yang for resolving fluid retention.In this article,HUANG's experience in treating vestibular migraine is summarized,together with a test case for the benefit of fellow practitioners.
