近6年代谢组学在疾病诊断中的可视化分析

目的:通过对国内外代谢组学在疾病诊断中的相关研究进行文献计量及可视化分析,探索其研究现状与热点,以期为该领域的进一步研究与发展提供一定的参考.方法:通过检索近 6 年中国知网数据库和Web of Science核心合集数据库中的相关文献,运用VOSviewer和COOC软件对国家、作者、机构、被引频次和关键词进行共现分析.结果:在CNKI和WOS数据库中,发文量最多的国家是中国;发文量最多的机构为河南中医药大学和中国科学院;关键词生物标志物、质谱分析、蛋白质组学、核磁共振、尿液、液相色谱质谱联用等出现频次较高.结论:近 6 年,国内外对代谢组学在疾病诊断中的研究热度不断上升,研究热点为利用代谢组学、蛋白质组学、糖组学等多组学整合技术与菌群相结合寻找不同疾病患者与健康人之间的生物标志物、疾病发病机制以及不同干预措施作用于机体起效的代谢通路,研究方向也逐渐从恶性肿瘤疾病转向对同一疾病不同证型.
Visual Analysis of Metabolomics in Disease Diagnosis in Recent 6 Years
Objective:Through bibliometric and visual analysis of domestic and foreign studies on metabolomics in disease diagnosis,the research status and hot spots are explored,in order to provide certain references for further research and development in this field.Methods:By searching the relevant documents in the CNKI database and the core collection database of Web of Science in the past 6 years,VOSViewer and COOC software were used to conduct co-occurrence analysis of countries,authors,institutions,citation frequency and keywords.Results:In the CNKI and WOS databases,the country with the most posts was China;the institutions with the most posts were Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Academy of Sciences;the frequency of biomarkers,mass spectrometry,proteomics,nuclear magnetic resonance,urine,liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry were higher.Conclusions:In the past 6 years,the research on metabonomics in disease diagnosis has been increasing at home and abroad.Research focus is the combination of proteomics and metabolomics,glycomics,the purpose is to find biomarkers between different disease patients and healthy people,the pathogenesis of diseases and the metabolic pathway of different intervention acting on the body.The research direction is also gradually shifted from malignant tumor diseases to the study of different syndrome types of the same disease.
