Objective:To study the clinical effect of Qingfei Gujin Decoction combined with Weijing Decoction on patients with lung cancer accompanied by malignant pleural effusion.Methods:Sixty-two patients with lung cancer accompanied by malignant pleural effusion in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to different treatment schemes.Thirty-one patients who received conventional anti-cancer and symptomatic treatment were taken as control group,and 31 patients who were treated with Qingfei Gujin Decoction combined with Weijing Decoction on the basis of conventional anti-cancer and symptomatic treatment were taken as treatment group.The total effective rate,adverse reaction,pulmonary function index,immune function index level and total treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were less than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups were significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the improvement of pulmonary function index and immune function index was greater than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The total treatment time was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients with lung cancer accompanied by malignant pleural effusion with Qingfei Gujin Decoction combined with Weijing Decoction can improve immune function and lung function,reduce adverse reactions,shorten hospitalization time and improve the total effective rate of disease control.
