Under the Evaluation of Arthroscopic Surgery Combined with Jingjin Theory Clinical Study on Needle-knife Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery combined with needle-knife treatment for knee osteoarthritis based on the Jingjin theory,and to provide new ideas for minimally invasive treatment.Methods:Seventy-two patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple arthroscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with arthroscopic surgery combined with needle-knife treatment based on the Jingjin theory.The synovial thickness,inflammation level,joint rehabilitation function and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the synovial membrane thickness in the joint capsule of the observation group was thinner than that of the control group,the improvement degree of joint effusion inflammation was better than that of the control group,the joint rehabilitation function score was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic surgery combined with needle-knife treatment based on Jingjin theory in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can better improve the synovial thickness in the joint capsule and inhibit the level of joint fluid inflammation,promote the rehabilitation of knee joint function and improve the therapeutic effect.
