Study on the Screening of Hypolipidemic Active Fractions from Coreopsis Tinctoria Nutt.
Objective:To determine the lipid-lowering active site of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. Methods:The solvent method was used to screen the optimal extraction solvent for lipid-lowering activity, and the extract was refined and purified for lipid-lowering activity evaluation. Results:The aqueous extract of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.can significantly reduce the levels of TC and LDL-C in the serum of hyperlipidemic mice at high doses. The refined fraction of water extract can significantly reduce serum TC and LDL-C content at low doses. Both water extract and the 30%ethanol elution site through macroporous adsorption resin can significantly reduce serum TC and LDL-C content at high doses. Conclusion:The optimal extraction solvent for the two color Chrysanthemum is water, and the 30%ethanol elution site of the macroporous adsorption resin is the active site.
