摘要

目的:研究艾叶复方精油乳对脂溢性脱发相关致病菌的抑菌效果.方法:采用牛津杯法和肉汤稀释法研究艾叶复方精油乳对脂溢性脱发相关致病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌、糠秕马拉色菌)的抑菌圈大小及最小抑菌浓度.结果:艾叶复方中药精油乳对金黄色葡萄球菌、糠秕马拉色菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌MIC值分别为 0.101、0.101、0.203 mg/mL,抑菌圈大小分别为(16.33±1.53)mm、(13.00±1.73)mm、(11.00±0.45)mm.结论:艾叶复方精油乳对脂溢性脱发相关致病菌有抑制作用,进而缓解脂溢性脱发.

Abstract

Objective:To study the antibacterial effect of Artemisia argyi compound essential oil emulsion on pathogenic bacteria related to seborrheic hair loss.Methods:The Oxford cup method and broth dilution method were used to study the size of the inhibitory zone and minimum inhibitory concentration of Artemisia argyi compound essential oil emulsion against pathogenic bacteria related to seborrheic alopecia(Staphylococcus aureus,Propionibacterium acnes,and Malassezia furfur).Results:The MIC values of Artemisia argyi compound traditional Chinese medicine essential oil emulsion against Staphylococcus aureus,Malassezia furfur,and Propionibacterium acnes were 0.101,0.101,and 0.203 mg/mL,respectively,with inhibition zone sizes of(16.33±1.53)mm,(13.00±1.73)mm,and(11.00±0.45)mm.Conclusion:Artemisia argyi compound essential oil emulsion has an inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria related to seborrheic hair loss,thereby alleviating seborrheic hair loss.
