包封率是控制纳米制剂质量的重要标准之一,也是指导建立纳米制剂成型工艺的关键因素.因此,根据纳米制剂自身特性选择合适的包封率测定方法,快速并准确地测定包封率是目前纳米制剂制订质量标准的重点之一,也是必须克服的问题.现通过对近年有关纳米制剂制备与包封率测定方法文献资料进行归纳与总结,探讨了纳米制剂包封率测定方法、特点以及测定过程中应当关注的重点,以期为准确测定包封率、制备合格的纳米制剂及后续的相关研究提供参考.
Research Progress of the Methods for Measuring the Encapsulation Efficiency of Nano-preparation
Encapsulation rate is one of the important standards for controlling the quality of nano-preparation,and it is also a key factor in guiding the establishment of nano-preparation molding process.Therefore,according to the characteristics of nano-preparation,choose a suitable encapsulation rate determination method and quickly and accurately determine the encapsulation rate.At present,one of the key points in formulating quality standards for nano-formulations is also a problem that must be overcome.This review discusses the methods and characteristics of nano-preparation encapsulation efficiency determination and the key points that should be paid attention to in the measurement process and summarizing the literature about nano-preparation preparation and encapsulation efficiency measurement methods in recent years,hoping to accurately determine the encapsulation efficiency.The preparation of qualified nano-formulations and the subsequent related studies provide reference.
