Research Progress on the Rule of TCM Drug Use in Advanced Lung Cancer
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,with the highest incidence and mortality of cancer in China.Lung cancer has hidden symptoms,and 70%to 80%of lung cancer is advanced when diagnosed.Patients with advanced lung cancer face the disadvantage of losing the opportunity of surgery,being unable to tolerate chemoradiotherapy and drug resistance,while Chinese medicine has a significant effect on improving the quality of life,prolonging the survival period and enhancing the efficacy and reducing the toxicity of chemotherapy in patients with advanced lung cancer.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis and internal treatment of advanced lung cancer in TCM were reviewed in the past five years,in order to provide ideas and basis for TCM treatment of advanced lung cancer.
