摘要
《霉疮秘录》是明代医家陈司成于 1632 年编撰而成的一部辨治霉疮病的专著.通过总结其探究传播源头,明确传染途径;辨五脏审脉象,讲究标本兼治;首创砷汞制剂,慎用药重验案;剂型选用多样,内外相参辨治;创化毒十干丸,祛邪兼顾扶正的五大学术思想特点,以期为现代临床应用提供宝贵的借鉴意义.
Abstract
The rare book Meichuang Milu is a monograph on syphilis which was compiled by CHEN Sicheng,a doctor in Ming Dynasty,in 1632.Explore the transmission source by summarizing it,and clarify the way of infection;distinguish the five Zang organs,check pulse condition,pay attention to both symptoms and root causes;the first arsenic mercury preparation,careful drug re-test case;selection of various dosage forms,internal and external differentiation;Huadu Shigan pill has five academic characteristics of dispelling pathogenic factors and strengthening healthy ones,which is expected to provide valuable reference for modern clinical application.
