刘良徛"全程温法治疗肺纤维化"思想在系统性硬化症相关间质性肺病中的应用

摘要
刘良徛在继承国医大师洪广祥"治肺不远温"思想基础上,创新提出"全程温法治疗肺纤维化"的学术观点,认为"阳虚寒凝、痰滞血瘀"为肺纤维化的核心病机.系统性硬化症相关间质性肺病属于慢性肺纤维化的范畴,其中医病机与上述相一致.治疗上予以温阳散寒、涤痰行瘀,温肺化纤汤为其有效方剂.现总结刘良徛诊治系统性硬化症相关间质性肺病的学术思想及临床经验,以期为该病的中医治疗提供参考.
Abstract
HONG Guangxiang,a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),put forward the academic ideology,which is called"treating pulmonary diseases with warming therapeutic method".Based on the academic ideology,LIU Liangji advocates the"Treating pulmonary fibrosis with warming therapeutic method throughout the entire treatment period"for those patients with key pathogenesis,believing that"yang deficiency and cold coagulation,phlegm stagnation and blood stasis"are the core pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis.Systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease(SSc-ILD)belongs to the category of chronic pulmonary fibrosis,which is highly consistent with the TCM pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis.In terms of treatment,it is recommended to warm Yang and disperse cold,eliminate phlegm and promote blood stasis,and Wenfei Huaxian Decoction is effective for SSc-ILD.The article summarizes LIU Lianggui's academic ideas and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of systemic sclerosis related interstitial lung disease to provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.
