摘要
耳鸣是耳鼻喉科常见疑难病,国医大师干祖望认为其主要病因有肺气不宣、肝胆火旺、心火亢盛、脾虚湿阻、肾阳亏虚、肾精不足、瘀血内阻、营血不足等,并根据《内经》总结出辨别耳鸣虚实的方法,治疗上重视宣肺开窍、清肝泻火、健脾化湿等,并创新地提出"泻离填坎"法及"冲击"法,常用方剂有三拗汤、导赤散、通窍活血汤等.
Abstract
Tinnitus is a common and difficult disease in otolaryngology.Traditional Chinese medicine master GAN Zuwang believes that the main causes include sluggishness of lung-qi,hyperactivity of liver and gall,hyperactivity of heart fire and so on.He summed up the method to distinguish the deficiency and excess of tinnitus according to the Neijing.In his treatment,he attached importance to dispersing the lung and opening the orifices,clearing the liver and purging fire,strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,etc.He innovatively put forward the"draining away and filling the ridge"method and the"impact"method.He commonly used prescriptions include San'ao Decoction,Daochi Powder,Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction,etc.
