摘要
皮持衡认为慢性肾衰竭的具体病因病机包括脾肾虚衰,多脏受损;泌浊不畅,尿毒蓄积;脏气虚衰,水湿滞遏;血脉瘀阻,脏腑衰竭四方面.在治疗慢性肾衰上,皮持衡以"虚、毒、湿、瘀"为切入点,遵循"间者并行,甚者独行"的治则,以治虚、治湿、治瘀、治毒为法,通过补泻结合、敛散兼施、扶助正气、祛除邪气的方法,临床治疗效果甚佳.
Abstract
PI Chiheng believes that the specific etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure include deficiency of spleen and kidney and damage of multiple organs.Secretion turbidity is not smooth,urine toxin accumulation;Zang Qi deficiency and failure,water wet stagnation;blood stasis resistance,viscera failure from four aspects.In the treatment of chronic renal failure,PI Chiheng takes"deficiency,toxicity,dampness,and stasis"as the starting point,to follow"between parallel,even walk alone"principle to cure deficiency,wet,blood stasis,cure poison for the law.The clinical treatment effect is very good through the combination of tonifying and reducing,applying both astringent and dispersing,supporting the righteous Qi,and eliminating evil Qi.
