Clinical Observation on 32 Cases of Restlessness of the Fetus(Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome)Treated with Jiaoai Decoction and Shoutai Pill
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiaoai Decoction combined with Shoutai Pill in the treatment of restlessness of the fetus(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:Sixty-four cases of patients with fetal restlessness(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)admitted to Jinxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 32 cases by lottery method.The control group was treated with Jiaoai Decoction alone,and the observation group was treated with Shoutai Pill based on control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.62%in the observation group and 84.37%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of symptom disappearance of the two groups was shorter than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment period,the blood β-HCG and progesterone levels of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the TCM points of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jiaoai Decoction combined with Shoutai Pill in the treatment of restlessness of the fetus(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)is better than that of Jiaoai Decoction alone.
