摘要
基于《黄帝内经》中"女子不月"的相关论述,浅析青春期女童月经迟潮的中医病因病机及治疗.青春期女童的月经迟潮,病因上多以肾虚为本,兼有脾虚而气血生化乏源,在标与肝郁气滞密切相关,因此治疗上以调补脾肾为主,兼以疏肝解郁,行气活血.并附验案 1 则以兹探讨.
Abstract
Based on the Inner Canon Huangdi of"women amenorrhoea",this paper analyzes the causes and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of late menstruation in adolescent girls.According to the clinical experience of the author's tutor,the causes of late menstruation in adolescent girls are mostly based on kidney deficiency,including spleen deficiency and qi and blood,which is closely related to liver stagnation and qi stagnation.Therefore,the treatment is mainly to regulate spleen and kidney,to relieve liver depression,to promote qi and blood circulation,and providing a test case is discussed.
