郑重光《素圃医案》人参运用特色探析

摘要
郑重光为清康熙年间江浙名医,火神派前期的扶阳医家.《素圃医案》系其晚年所著医案集,其对人参的应用尤为精妙.在《素圃医案》184 则医案中,用药含有人参的医案就有 143 则.郑重光对人参的临床运用特色有着充分体现,具体可总结为"元阳虚脱,用参救逆""温中补虚,功在人参""回阳益气,合用四逆"和"不拘时风,巧用人参"四方面.
Abstract
ZHENG Chongguang was a famous doctor in Jiangsu and Zhejiang during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty.Supu Yi'an is a collection of medical records written in his later years,and its application of ginseng is particularly exquisite.Among the 184 medical cases in the Supu Yi'an,143 of them contain ginseng.ZHENG Chongguang has fully reflected the clinical application characteristics of ginseng,which can be summed up as"use ginseng to save the deficiency of Yang""ginseng functioning as warming the spleen and stomach and replenishing the deficiency""returning Yang and benefiting Qi,combined with the use of Sini Decoction"and"defying the current trend and skillfully using ginseng".
