The Intervention of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on Autophagy Factor of Peripheral Blood Monocytes in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To explore the intervention of compound Danshen dropping pills on autophagy of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with acute myocardial infarction of heart blood stasis type and its protective effect on vascular endothelial function. Methods:From January 1,2021,to October 30,2021,60 patients with acute myocardial infarction of heart blood stasis type diagnosed in the cardiology department of Wuyi traditional chinese medicine hospital in Jiangmen city were included. They were divided into treatment group, control group, and base group by prospective randomized block method, with 20 patients in each group. The primary group was given routine western medicine treatment(including percutaneous coronary intervention),the treatment group was given compound Danshen dropping pills based on conventional western medicine treatment, and the control group was assigned sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate based on traditional western medicine treatment for one week.Peripheral blood samples were collected before and after treatment, and the expressions of p62,Beclin-1 and ET-1 were detected by fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR,and the expression levels of vWF,VEGF,and LAMP-2 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results:The levels of vWF,VEGF,ET-1,LAMP-2,p62,and Beclin-1 in patients in the three groups were significantly increased before treatment, and after treatment, the indexes of the patients in the three groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01);Compared with the basic group, the levels of vWF,VEGF,LAMP-2,p62,Beclin-1 and ET-1 in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly(P<0.01);Compared with the control group, the expression level of vWF in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compound Danshen dropping pills can inhibit the autophagy of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with acute myocardial infarction of heart blood stasis type and protect vascular endothelium function.
