Clinical Observation on Acupoint Application Combined with Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Vomiting after Chemotherapy for Colorectal Cancer
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation nursing on chemotherapy-induced vomiting.Methods:A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy from February 2022 to February 2023,were randomly divided into observation group and control,30 in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and tropisetron hydrochloride(5 mg)was injected intravenously 30 minutes before chemotherapy.In the observation group,acupoint application and syndrome differentiation nursing were added on the basis of routine medication.The incidence of vomiting,psychological status(SAS,SDS)and quality of life(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the degree of anxiety and depression of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation nursing can effectively prevent and treat postoperative chemotherapy vomiting of colorectal cancer,relieve psychological pressure,improve quality of life and promote rehabilitation.Nursing application value is higher.
