Clinical Observation of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Ablation Combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill in Treating 45 Cases of Hysteromyoma
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation(HIFUA)combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods:From January 2020 to August 2020,90 cases of non-menopausal uterine leiomyoma,who were over 18 years old and belonged to blood stasis syndrome,were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The observation group was treated with HIFUA first,and Guizhi Fuling pill was orally taken for 3 months after operation,while the control group was treated with HIFUA only.The improvement of symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after operation.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,the shrinkage rate of uterine leiomyoma in the observation group was better than that in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation(P＜0.05);(2)comparing the symptom scores of hysteromyoma at 1 month and 3 months after operation,the decrease degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the improvement degree of the health-related quality of life questionnaire was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single use of HIFUA,HIFUA combined with Guizhi Fuling pill is more effective in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,the reduction rate of uterine leiomyoma volume is larger,the improvement of symptoms and quality of life is more obvious,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
