Influence of Modified Bazhen Decoction on Postoperative Pain and Swelling in Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Saphenous Varicose Veins
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of great saphenous varicose vein(GSVV).Methods:Eighty-two GSVV patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with high ligation and stripping,the control group was treated with routine supportive treatment after operation,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bazhen decoction for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,pain degree,swelling degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the observation group,the total clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS),TCM syndrome score,the difference in the circumference of the inferior tibial plateau,the difference in the circumference of the medial malleolus tip,and the area of the hematoma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.academic differences(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Postoperative application of Bazhen decoction in GSVV patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type can relieve clinical symptoms,relieve pain and swelling of affected limbs,and has significant effect,is safe and reliable,and is conducive to promoting postoperative recovery of patients.
