Efficacy of Yiwei Qingzhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Dampness-Heat Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach
Objective:To study the efficacy of Yiwei Qingzhong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis with dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.Methods:Selecting Yongxin hospital of TCM from May 2018 to May 2021 treated 76 cases of patients with chronic gastritis(dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach),grouped according to random number table method,the control group(38 cases)treated with quadruple therapy,the treatment group(38 cases)treated with quadruple therapy in combination with Yiwei Qingzhong decoction,compared two groups of curative effect,Hp eradicate rate,adverse reaction and TCM syndrome integral.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of control group 71.05%(P<0.05).Hp eradication rate of 97.37%in the treatment group was higher than that of 73.68%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of belching and acid regurgitation,upper abdominal distension and stomachache in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiwei Qingzhong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis with dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach is beneficial to improve the curative effect,can effectively eradicate Hp,and has less adverse reactions,which can ensure the safety of treatment.
