Review of Mechanism Research on TCM Inhibiting the Cellular Attachment of Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a one of the most common and encountered diseases,but its mechanism is not completely understood.Most scholars believed that attachment,aggression and angiogenesis play an important role in the occurrence and development of the endometriosis.This article reviews the two key factors of matrix metalloproteinases and urokinase type plasminogen activator in cell adhesion,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine etiology,pathogenesis,distribution of syndrome types,and the use of blood activating and stasis removing methods to inhibit endometrial adhesion in traditional Chinese medicine.The aim is to elucidate the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in inhibiting endometrial adhesion in endometriosis and provide new ideas for clinical practice.
