Exploration of Staged Treatment Strategies for Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Tendons Theory
Knee osteoarthritis is a common degenerative disease of bone and joint in clinic.The main pathological changes of KOA are skeleton,muscle and fascia.The degeneration of articular cartilage is the main pathological change of KOA.The tendons are the government of the knee,the tendons and bones are connected,the bones of the bone arthralgia are injured,and the tendons are weak.Based on the physiological function and pathological characteristics of the tendons,this paper discusses the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis and the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by phases based on the physiological function and pathological characteristics of the tendons,including promoting blood circulation,eliminating foam and promoting diuresis;Relieve adhesions during fascial contracture and improve joint stability;During the lesion phase of tendon nodules,warm circulation and loose nodules are observed,and the bones are aligned and the tendons are smooth.
