摘要
选取误用大承气汤的典型古籍医案7例,分析其误治的原因包括:错辨病因、不参时节、见病治病、病浅药深、拘于现象、下之过早等.提出临床必须体验意蕴,谨守病机,审时度势,方能切中要害,邪去正安.
Abstract
This paper selects 7 typical ancient medical cases of misuse of Dachengqi Decoction,and analyzes the causes of its wrong treatment,including wrong identification of the cause of disease,failure to participate in the season,seeing the disease and treating the disease,shallow disease and deep medicine,being confined to the phenomenon,and being too early.In clinical practice,we must experience the meaning,observe the pathogenesis,judge the time and size up the situation,so as to hit the key point and remove the evil from the good.
