摘要
严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型具有极强的传染性,多数患者在病程后期出现不同程度的炎症后肺纤维化,伴随胸闷气短、咳嗽咳痰等症状.以国医大师洪广祥"治肺不远温"的学术思想为指导,刘良徛活用温散、温化、温补、温通等治法及温胆汤、温肺化纤汤、补元汤等方剂,成功改善新冠病毒肺炎后肺纤维化患者症状,且疗效显著.
Abstract
The SARS-CoV-2 is highly contagious.Most patients suffer from different degrees of post-inflammatory pulmonary fibrosis in the later stages of the disease,accompanied by chest tightness and shortness of breath,cough and phlegm.LIU Liangji,centering on HONG Guangxiang's academic thought of"treating lung not far from warmming",a master of traditional Chinese medicine,flexibly adopted the therapeutic methods of warming and scattering,warming and eliminating,warming and tonifying,warming and dredging,and used the prescriptions of Wendan Decoction,Wenfei Huaxian Decoction,and Buyuan Decoction to treat a case of pulmonary fibrosis after COVID-19,achieving remarkable effect.
