TCM Master ZHOU Daihan's Academic Thought on the Differentiation and Treatment of Hallow Organ Tumors with"Evil Way out and Eliminating the Stagnation"
Hollow organ tumors refer to malignant tumors that occur in organs with internal cavities or cavities.The concept of"viscera"in traditional Chinese medicine does not correspond exactly to the anatomical organs in modem medicine.However,the diagnosis and treatment of this type of tumor in hollow organs have similar pathogenesis at a certain stage,and their treatment can also be based on the principle of"treating different diseases with the same treatment".This article summarizes the clinical application of ZHOU Daihan's academic ideas of"evil way out and eliminating the stagnation"in the treatment of tumors in hollow organs.The concept of"evil way out and eliminating the stagnation"is rich in content.This article takes the examples of using the method of warming and tonifying to eliminate pathogenic factors to treat lung cancer,the method of promoting blood circulation and invigorating the intestines to treat digestive tract tumors,and the method of dispersing stagnation and opening the orifices to treat nasopharyngeal cancer,discussing the application of Master Zhou's academic ideas in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors in hollow organs,and providing two medical records as well.
