Study on the Syndrome and Treatment Regularity of WU Bingcai Use of Yinqiao Mabo Powder Based on Data Mining
Objective:Based on medical cases of Yinqiao Mabo Powder by the traditional Chinese medicine master WU Bingcai,to analyze the syndrome and treatment rules of Yinqiao Mabo Powder through data mining.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,Yinqiao Mabo Powder cases of the traditional Chinese medicine master WU Bingcai were collected.Frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and other methods were used for data mining.Results:A total of 205 medical cases were included,and 14 syndrome elements were extracted,7 symptom factors of disease quality dampness,hot,phlegm,wind,blood deficiency,dryness,and cold,and 7 symptom factors of disease location included throat,lungs,heart,spleen,stomach,liver,and bladder.The analysis of the four diagnosis information found that the main symptoms were red pharynx,dry mouth,pharynx obstruction,insomnia,sore throat.Red tongue,light red tongue,thin white coating,main yellow coating,thin yellow coating appear the most.High-frequency pulse are strings,cun floats,finesse,cun wang.In the distribution of core refilled drugs,it is manifested as Wendan Decoction,Sangxing Decoction,Xingren Decoction,Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction and other chemical cut.Conclusion:WU Bingcai,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that Yinqiao Mabo Powder is mainly treated disease mechanism of"mixed wind-heat and dampness syndrome".The disease is located in the throat,which can affect the lungs,spleen and stomach,and even involve the heart and liver.And the cause is mainly"dampness evil",which runs through the whole disease,with"dampness,phlegm,heat,and wind"as the main syndrome elements features.WU Bingcai is good at combining Yinqiao Mabo Powder and jingfang,highlighting the compatibility characteristics of"external and internal treatment,and multi-dimensional simultaneous treatment".
