Clinical Study of Shenglong Jiegu Capsule Combined with Joint Decompression in Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shenglong Jiegu Capsule combined with joint decompression and hollow screws in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods:Eighty-five cases with femoral neck fracture who were hospitalized in Hongdu hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,in accordance with the random number table, were divided into control group(28 cases),decompression group(28 cases)and observation group(29 cases).Control group cases were treated by closed reduction and fixed by 3 screws.Decompression group cases were treated same as the control group, but combined with hip joint decompression by puncture.Observation group cases were treated same as the decompression group, but took Shenglong Jiegu Capsule after the operation. The Fernandez-Esteve callus score was used to assess fracture healing at 3 and 6 months after surgery. The Harris hip score at 6 months and 1 year after surgery was recorded at follow-up time.Time of walk and complications were recorded at follow-up.Results:The Fernandez-Esteve callus score at 3 and 6 months in the observation group was higher than in others(P<0.05).The Harris hip scores at 6 months in the observation group and the decompression group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05),the Harris hip score at 1 year was significantly higher in the observation group than in others(P<0.05).Time of walk completely of patients in the observation group was earlier than in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early hip decompression with internal fixation of femoral neck fracture is beneficial to functional recovery, and combined using of Shenglong Jiegu Capsule can promote fracture healing and shorten the therapy time, thus improving the therapeutic effect.
