Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy and blood related indicators of Qufeng Zhitong Decoction in patients with acute gout Methods:A total of 130 patients with acute gout admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into conventional group(n=65)and combined group(n=65)by simple randomized method.Patients in the conventional group were treated with general western medicine, while patients in the combined group were treated with Qufeng Zhitong Decoction on the basis of this treatment. After the course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,as well as the level changes of blood lipid,anti-streptohemolysin O antibody, rheumatoid factor and serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate before and after treatment. Results:It was observed that the pain and other discomfort symptoms were relieved after treatment in both groups, and the uric acid and serum C-reactive protein indexes of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, suggesting that the treatment was effective.According to the patient's main report and observation, the clinical efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After review, there were no significant changes in ASO and RF levels in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),while the levels of blood lipid and ESR in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the indexes in the combination group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional Western medicine combined with Qufeng Zhitong Decoction can relieve the pain and discomfort of patients with acute gout, and the clinical efficacy is better than that of single Western medicine.Meanwhile, the combined treatment has a positive effect on the improvement of blood lipid and ESR of patients, and this treatment plan can be promoted clinically.
