Clinical Observation of Modified Shoutai Pills Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Early Pregnancy Uterine Cavity Effusion
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Shoutai Pills combined with acupoint application on patients with early pregnancy uterine cavity effusion.Methods:According to random number table method,100 patients with 6-12 weeks of early pregnancy indicated by ultrasonography in jiujiang maternal and child health hospital from May 2022 to August 2023 were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Shoutai Pills,and the observation group combined with acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level,intrauterine effusion area and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00％,which was higher than that of the control group(78.00％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the main and secondary syndrome scores,β-HCG and progesterone levels in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,and the area of uterine fluid was decreased compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the main and secondary syndrome scores,β-HCG and progesterone levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment.The area of intrauterine effusion was smaller than that of control group(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:The application of modified Shoutai Pill scombined with acupoint application in the treatment of early pregnancy uterine cavity effusion can achieve definite results.All clinical symptoms and signs of the patients have been effectively improved,and the levels of sex hormones have been significantly improved.The uterine cavity effusion has been significantly reduced,which is safe and reliable and worthy of promotion and application.
