摘要
笔、墨、纸、砚作为中国传统文字表现工具,是民族记忆的传承载体,有着深厚的文化底蕴,但在书写载体的更新迭代下渐渐远离现代人的日常生活.例如在墨汁的冲击下,墨几近于废弃.但字墨书写作为中华文化的瑰宝,在记载文化和调养身心两方面都发挥着重要作用,应采取措施使其可持续发展;且民间千年的用墨历史,积淀下丰富的关于墨的使用经验.其中传承久远、种类繁多的药墨就有独特的价值.在人们重视身心调养及人口老龄化的背景下,以"调养心身"为核心的健康文化受到重视,悠久的药墨有望彰显魅力,进入快速发展时期.分析墨的养生价值,及其保护与传承策略,并提出建议.
Abstract
As traditional Chinese writing tools,brushes,inksticks,paper,and inkstones are carriers of national memory and have a profound cultural heritage.However,with the update and iteration of writing carriers,they have gradually moved away from the daily lives of modern people.For example,under the impact of ink,inksticks are almost discarded.However,as a treasure of Chinese culture,calligraphy plays an important role in recording culture and nurturing the body and mind,so measures should be taken to ensure its sustainable development.And through using inksticks for several thousand years,people has accumulated rich experience in the use of inksticks.Among them,the traditional and diverse medicinal inksticks have unique value.Against the backdrop of people's emphasis on physical and mental health and an aging population,the health culture centered on"nurturing the mind and body"is being valued,and the long-standing medicinal inkstick industry is expected to demonstrate its charm and enter a period of rapid development.Analyze the health-keeping value,protection and inheritance strategies of inksticks,and then provide some suggestions.
