Gouty arthritis is an inflammatory disease caused by uric acid metabolism disorder,which often leads to joint injury and joint deformity.Traditional Chinese medicine regards it as the category of"Bi disease".YANG Fengyun believed that the main cause of the disease was dampness-turbidity and blood stasis,and the pathogenesis was always dampness-accumulation and heat-steaming,and turbidities and evil blood stasis in the joints.Based on the principle of"calming Yin and promoting Yang",we attach great importance to regulating the Yin and Yang of the body.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the treatment mainly focuses on clearing heat,dispelling dampness,and dispelling turbidity and promoting rheumatism.We have created the"Qingxiao xuanbi"method,which combines clearing and eliminating dampness,dispelling turbidity and stasis,promoting rheumatism and promoting rheumatism,and effectively using Xuanbi decoction.This article mainly elaborates YANG Fengyun's academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of gouty arthritis with"Qingxiao Xuanbi".
