摘要
甘淳擅长治疗消化系统疾病,尤其是在治疗胃癌前病变方面具有独到见解.强调正虚邪实是胃癌前病变的根本病机,正虚是胃癌前病变的前提,痰凝、邪毒、血瘀、湿热是胃癌前病变产生的必要条件,并提出"固本培元,既病防变"的辨治原则.在治疗胃癌前病变时,将"脾肾双补"贯穿于治疗全过程,通过"固本培元"达到"既病防变"的目的.现对甘淳"固本培元,既病防变"原则辨治胃癌前病变的经验作一总结,并附验案一则,以飨读者.
Abstract
GAN Chun is skilled in treating digestive system diseases,especially in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,and has unique insights.He emphasize that the fundamental pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is the deficiency of positive energy and the excess of evil energy,which is a prerequisite for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Phlegm coagulation,pathogenic toxins,blood stasis and damp heat are necessary conditions for the development of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,and proposing the principle of"Consolidating the Base and Nourishing the Qi,Preventing the Disease from Changing"for diagnosis and treatment.When treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,"spleen kidney dual supplementation"should be integrated throughout the entire treatment process,achieving the goal of"Preventing Disease from Changing"through"Consolidating the Base and Nourishing the Qi".Here is a summary of GAN Chun's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer based on the principle of"Consolidating the Base and Nourishing the Qi,Preventing Disease from Changing",and a case study is attached for readers.
