纪云西运用三焦次第疗法治疗慢鼻渊经验

摘要
纪云西认为阳气异常是慢鼻渊反复发作之症结,真阳不足,阳气不通,阴邪内生,致三焦不利,见上焦化变失权、中焦升降失常、下焦摄纳不固,终致浊阴上阻、清窍失养、卫外不固,而见鼻浊反复.纪云西以卢氏三焦次第疗法,宣通中上二焦、温固中下二焦,以恢复气机、散尽阴邪、阴阳调和而愈.
Abstract
JI Yunxi believes that the abnormal Yang is the crux of the recurrent attack of chronic nasosinusitis.Deficiency of true Yang,obstruction of Yang,and endogenous Yin evil cause adverse effects on the triple energizer.When the upper energizer loses its power,the middle energizer rises and falls abnormally,and the lower energizer fails to absorb and receive,which eventually leads to turbidity and Yin obstruction,loss of nutrition,and unstable external defense,but nasal turbidity is repeated.JI Yunxi used Lu's Sanjiao regular sequence therapy to promote the middle and upper secondary energizer,warm and solidify the middle and lower secondary energizer,so as to restore Qi-flowing,dispel Yin and evil,and reconcile Yin and Yang.
