赵薇运用中药内服联合针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的经验

摘要
不孕症是临床妇科常见病与难治性疾病之一,中医药治疗该疾病有一定优势.赵薇认为此病以脾肾亏虚、精血不足为本,气滞、血瘀、痰湿相互交织为标.赵薇强调先调经后种子,治疗以益肾健脾为主,擅以口服、针刺联合内外合治,标本兼顾,行气、利湿、活血贯穿治疗始终,临床疗效良好.
Abstract
Infertility is one of the common and refractory diseases in clinical gynecology,Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating the disease.ZHAO Wei believes that the main causes of this disease are deficiency of spleen and kidney and lack of essence and blood,and the secondary causes are Qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm dampness.ZHAO Wei emphasizes menstruation first and then pregnancy,the treatment is mainly to tonify kidney and spleen.She specializes in oral Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture,treating both the essence and the surface,at the same time promoting circulation of Qi,dehumidification and invigorate the circulation of blood.It has good clinical effect.
