Observation of Curative Effect of Modified Guipi Decoction Combined with Immunochemical Drugs on Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Qi-blood Deficiency Type
Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of modified Guipi Decoction combined with immunochemical drugs in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with Qi-blood deficiency.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer with syndrome differentiation of Qi-blood deficiency in the affiliated hospital of Jinggangshan university and Xiajiang County people's hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups received routine symptomatic treatment such as immunochemical drugs,gastric care,nutritional support and analgesia.Control group:immunochemical therapy was performed,and the immunochemical therapy regimen containing tirellizumab was used for 3 courses until the disease progressed or had intolerance toxicity.Observation group:Guipi Decoction combined with immunochemical drugs was treated for 3 courses.The clinical therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score of Qi-blood deficiency type,functional status score,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of Qi-blood deficiency in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The functional status score in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of peripheral nerve injury,immune pneumonia,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and abnormal liver and kidney function in observation group was significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Guipi Decoction combined with immunochemical drugs in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with Qi-blood deficiency has significant curative effect,which can not only effectively relieve the TCM syndrome of Qi-blood deficiency in patients,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during Western treatment,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.It has high promotion value.
