The Effects of Suhexiang Pill Combined with Butylphthalein Injection on Oxidative Stress Factors,Cognitive Function and Hemorheology in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Suhexiang Pill combined with butylphthalein injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the effects on oxidative stress factors,cognitive function and hemorheology.Methods:A total of 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 patients in each group.2 groups were treated with butylphthalein injection,and the observation group was treated with Suhexiang Pill on the basis of control group for 14 days.The changes of whole blood viscosity,mean fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte specific hydrops equal hemorheology indexes,serum levels of oxidative stress factor interleukin-6(IL-6),homocysteine(Hcy),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Neurological impairment(NIHSS)score,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)score,TCM syndrome score changes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,whole blood viscosity,mean fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte specific hydrops,NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score,IL-6,Hcy,TNF-α and hs-CRP levels in 2 groups were decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in control group.MOCA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combination group was 95.77%,which was higher than 85.51%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suhexiang Pill combined with butylphthalein injection can inhibit serum oxidative stress factors,improve cognitive function and hemorheology indexes of patients,and safely and effectively improve patients'quality of life,with significant curative effect.
