Effects of Yuxuebi Capsule Combined with Celecoxib Capsule on Inflammatory Response and Joint Function in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yuxuebi Capsule combined with Celecoxib Capsule on inflammation and joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 82 KOA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsule.On the basis of the above treatment,the observation group was treated with Yuxuebi Capsule.The curative effect,joint function,pain degree and inflammatory reaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(90.24%)was higher than that of control group(73.17%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,Lysholm knee joint score(LKS)was increased in both groups,and LKS score in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of both groups was decreased,and the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and IL-6 in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yuxuebi Capsule and celexib Capsule in the treatment of KOA can relieve pain,inhibit inflammation,improve joint function and enhance therapeutic effect.
