Clinical Curative Observation of Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pill with Conventional Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer with Blood Stasis Due to Qi Stagnation
Objective:Explore Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pill combined with conventional chemotherapy effect best treatment of blood stasis due to Qi stagnation type to colorectal cancer clinical curative efficacy and safety.Methods:Choose between September 2021 and September 2023,88 cases hospitalized in the affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of Chinese medicine and standard for clinical observation and colorectal cancer patients.Using the randomization method fall into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=45).Observation group with Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pill joint standard chemotherapy regimens for treatment,control group was treated with standard chemotherapy regimens.The changes of laboratory indicators(including blood routine,coagulation function,liver and kidney function,tumor indicators),TCM syndrome score,TCM clinical efficacy,KPS score,and objective clinical efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant variation in hemoglobin,white blood cell,platelet level albumin and creatinine between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Improvement in D-2 polymer levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Posttreatment CEA and CA199 levels were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the reduction level in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was clearly lower than that of the matched group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 60.46%,which was clearly higher than that of the control group 35.55%(P＜0.05).On the part of clinical impersonal efficacy,the disease control rate of the observation group was 69.77%,which was clearly higher than that of the control group 48.89%,with statistically signifilcant differences(P<0.05).There was no noteworthy discrepancy in the objective response rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pill combined with chemotherapy has more advantages than chemotherapy alone in the treatment of colorectal cancer,which can reduce the levels of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,D-2 polymers and tumor-related markers,improve physical condition and improve quality of life.
