正清风痛宁定点介入联合高压氧治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察
Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Targeted Intervention with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察正清风痛宁注射液定点介入联合高压氧治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效.方法:择取南昌三三四医院 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月收治的KOA患者 90 例,采用随机数字法分为A组、B组和C组,各 30 例.3 组患者均接受常规治疗,A组加用正清风痛宁注射液定点介入治疗,B组给予高压氧治疗,C组给予正清风痛宁注射液定点介入联合高压氧治疗,比较 3 组临床疗效、膝关节功能[骨关节炎指数、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]及生活质量(关节炎影响评估表评分).结果:治疗 2 个疗程后,3 组总有效率比较,C组为 93.33%,A组、B组分别为 76.67%和 66.67%,C组优于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3 组骨关节炎指数、VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且C组低于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3 组生活质量评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且C组低于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:正清风痛宁注射液定点介入联合高压氧治疗KOA效果显著,可改善膝关节功能,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Nanchang 334 Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into Group A,Group B,and Group C,with 30 patients in each group.All three groups of patients received routine treatment,with group A receiving targeted intervention with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection,group B receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and group C receiving targeted intervention with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The clinical efficacy,knee joint function[osteoarthritis index,visual analog scale(VAS)],and quality of life(arthritis impact assessment form)were compared among the three groups.Results:After two treatment courses,the total effective rate of the three groups was compared.Group C was 93.33%,while group A and group B were 76.67%and 66.67%,respectively.Group C was superior to group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The osteoarthritis index and VAS of the three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and group C was lower than group A and group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of all three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and group C was lower than group A and group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted intervention of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy has significant effects on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,improving knee joint function and enhancing patients'quality of life.
