Clinical Study of Modified Liumo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction after Cesarean Section
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Liumo Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on intestinal obstruction after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 56 cases of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section were selected from Taihe county maternal and child health hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.Random number table method was divided into traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment group and western conventional treatment group 28 cases each.The conventional treatment group of western medicine used conventional treatment of western medicine,and the comprehensive treatment group of Chinese medicine used modified Liumo Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,the time of bowel sounds appearing and returning to normal,the time of anal exhaust,defecation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain disappearing.Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment group(92.86%)was significantly higher than that of the western medicine conventional treatment group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the appearance and recovery time of bowel sounds,as well as the disappearance time of anal exhaust,defecation,abdominal distension and pain,in the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the western medicine conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Liumo Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of postoperative intestinal obstruction after cesarean section has significant curative effect,quick effect,can shorten the time of bowel sound and return to normal,anal exhaust,defecation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain disappear time,which is worth clinical promotion.
