左金丸为临床抗肿瘤常用经典方,现总结该方抗肿瘤作用机制,其主要体现在防治癌前病变,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药性,增强机体免疫力,抗肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移等方面,为左金丸及其拆方抗肿瘤机制深入研究、临床推广应用及教学机理阐释提供理论参考.
Abstract
Zuojin Pill is a classical prescription commonly used in clinical anti-tumor therapy.This paper summarized the anti-tumor mechanism of this prescription mainly reflected in the prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions,inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,promotion of tumor cell apoptosis,reversal of multi-drug resistance of tumor cells,enhancement of immunity,anti-tumor cell invasion and metastasis and so on.To provide theoretical reference for further research on anti-tumor mechanism of Zuojin pill and its dissolving prescription,clinical application and interpretation of teaching mechanism.
