摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)是一种常见的、可防可治的慢性呼吸系统疾病,在我国发病率和病死率均呈上升趋势,严重威胁人们的生命健康和生活质量.通过回顾近年来慢阻肺相关文献,深入挖掘慢阻肺中医、西医、中西医结合发病机制,并从慢阻肺稳定期、急性加重期及信号通路干预三方面探究中西医治疗进展,旨在从中西医结合角度深入揭示慢阻肺诊治规律,为慢阻肺患者提供更全面、更有效的治疗策略,为今后本病临床诊治及其研究提供有益的借鉴.
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)was a common,preventable and treatable chronic respiratory disease.The incidence and mortality rates of COPD were on the rise in China,posing a serious threat to people's health and quality of life.This article reviewed recent literature on COPD,and deeply explored the pathogenesis of COPD from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.It also explored the progress of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment from three aspects:stable period of COPD,acute exacerbation period of COPD,and intervention in signaling pathways.The aim of this review was to deeply reveal the diagnosis and treatment patterns of COPD from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,provide more comprehensive and effective treatment strategies for COPD patients,and offer useful insights for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and research for the disease in future.
