Discussion on the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy Based on the Theory of Volatile Evil with the Lung-Kidney Axis as the Mainstay of the Beneficial Kidney and Lung Management Method
IgA nephropathy is a glomerular disease clinically characterized by glomerular-derived proteinuria hematuria,which has a high incidence in China at present.Literature study reveals that in recent years it has become a new idea to explore the diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases with the etiology of volvulus as the cause.Based on the development and application of the theory of amblyopia,this article better understands the pathogenic characteristics of amblyopia,which is that"the evil is slight and hidden,and when the evil is prevalent,the disease is easy to be lingering",and elaborates the main pathomechanism of IgA nephropathy caused by amblyopia from the perspective of the axis of the lung and kidney phases:when the lung and kidney are deficient and weak,then the positive qi is not solid,and the evil is easy to be amblyopia,and the evil will stay in the amblyopia and deplete the positive qi,and then the evil will take advantage of the disease and touch the disease.Accordingly,in the treatment of IgA nephropathy,it is advocated that while tonifying the kidney and regulating the lungs to cultivate the root of the disease,it is also necessary to take into account the expulsion of ambush evils to prevent the closed door from being left behind,and selecting prescriptions and using medicines according to the condition,which has achieved a better clinical efficacy of improving the symptoms of the patients and delaying the progression of renal failure.
