摘要
潘丽贞认为卵巢功能不全是以"瘀阻胞络"为致病关键,久致胞宫失养,最终形成以"肾虚"为主要病机的病理过程.在治疗上,以中药熏蒸联合盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗为先导,化瘀以动,引血归巢,达到"融化冰山、醒巢唤能"之效,并运用补肾调周序贯法调整月经周期,益肾养泡,助孕成胎.
Abstract
PAN Lizhen believes that ovarian insufficiency is primarily caused by"blood stagnation blocking the uterine channels",as the key pathogenic factor,which leads to long-term loss of nourishment in the uterus and ultimately forming a pathological process with"kidney deficiency"as the main pathogenesis.In terms of treatment,Chinese medicine fumigation combined with pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation is used as the guide to remove blood stasis to move,guide blood into the nest,so as to achieve the effect of"melting icebergs,awakening nests and awakening energy".And use the sequential method of"tonifying the kidney and regulating the menstrual cycle"to adjust the menstrual cycle,nourish the kidneys and follicles,and help with pregnancy.
